Flying without wings

Happening!!!!
To fly you don’t need wings, all you need is a little red book. What if along the way to the airport you realised that book is gone? Shark!!!
That’s what happen today, happily we check out of the hotel to the prata place for breakfast and later spent the whole morning and afternoon shopping at KLCC. Finally, time to go home, on the way to the airport in the bus when i realise my little red book is not with me. Ah… it’s in the hotel safe! Thankfully, the bus haven’t depart to the airport so it was off the bus and onto a cab back to the hotel. The heart pumped 10x faster! Thought speed through like bullet train, what if the passport was taken away? What if we have to stay to replace it? What if we miss the flight? What if this, what if that?
Hack with the what if just get me there as fast as possible.
Upon reach the hotel we burst through the door, straight for the counter telling them about the lost. Very calmly the receptionist told us to sit and wait. Man, how are u suppose to sit and wait when there’s a possibility of missing my flight and knowing the fate of my passport. She slowly flip through the pages of the lost and found book, the notebook kind, i saw my photo in one of the paper hanging out of the book! Immediately i told her and she still tell me to sit and wait while she go check. Omigosh! Sit and wait again! There’s worm in my butt i can’t sit and wait for you to slowly find my passport. After a few calls and going behind the curtain, she emerged with my passport and forgetting that i’ve put my extra wallet and HP in there too. Praise the Lord, let the lost be found that we can finally get the taxi man to drive recklessly back to KL Sentral to make our way to the airport. We almost got into a few accidents with illegal U turns and tail gating for a crazy taxi ride of 35rm.
My goodness, i think i’m getting old that i can even forget my passport!
Other than this the rest of the trip was a fun and enjoyable one with lots of eating as usual. Can’t wait to go back there next week for my race and more shopping!

See what cycling can do?
What are you waiting for
Time to hit the road on two wheels!
We did just that. A sms in and a bike out to join three other on our two wheels trying to melt off the excess fats. We were on our way to Changi Village, ok, maybe not melt the fat. Hey what else can u do at Changi Village, eat, drink and see aqua? I’ll give the last two a miss, one i’m cycling = drinking, aqua doesn’t interest me. So let’s chance the it to control the fats, input = output.
Nasi Lemak, we shared together with chicken wings and sambal stingray. Still sound reasonable but as we walked finding for chee chong fun because my dear was craving for it. We found a nice tim sum place that tempted Silly with the yummy pastry. Durian Spring Roll, a good combination i must say. Pollo Bun that looked fake,i gave it a poke to test it out. It’s sticky with honey and sweet on consumption, quite a unique one i ever eaten. So much for controlling.
Probably I’ll play more badminton to ‘tone up the butt’ (Silly, 2009)
Finish with the eatting and bike on the road with lots of energy to spare. So up we go toward the slope of loyang hill trying to sing a long line in one breath to add in to the fun. All sing but the words soon to jumble up. Why?
Here’s why…
The worm was on the hook, the hook was on the line, the line was on the hand, the hand was on the arm, the arm was on the boy, the boy was on the rock, the rock was on the stream, the stream was on it way…a!
It was a lovely night of fun, laugher, joy and a sore butt.
