A day of rest, fun, laughter and enjoyment
Got to sleep in bed till 330pm, it’s the only day to sleep in late and to catch up on those sleep debt over the school days. Miss volleyball training today with the B girls, sometime i really ask myself if i like playing volleyball. I love the game of volleyball but playing volleyball hmmmm… i don’t really play fearing that i will sprain my ankle. This fear has been holding me back for years. Think about it again, my ankle has been well conditioned over the year already. Nothing should hold me back just need to take a few precaution and pray before play.
I went for my weekly run – 4km (25 minutes)
Time to kick out my laziness and get into shape, damn sian about the way i look and the fitness level. EEEEeee…shake that fats off. Going to carry on with this exercise regime and healthy eating to shed those unwanted fats and get my life back in shape.

First time having a dress up party in Swensen. Having super on friend who are not paiseh to wear and play along add on to the fun.

Love the show with it’s super techy weapons especially the cover that shows the mask of the background. It shows the political issue between Russia and the US, not the only movie talking about nuclear war between the two country. Salt also showed the same rival between the two nations, make one wonder whether if it is really happening.
